Activists in Syria said at least 20 people were killed in the restive city of Idlib in a bombing near the state security headquarters in the city, Dubai-based Al Arabiya news reported.
Earlier, Syria state news reported twin bombings that rocked the northwestern city, despite a UN-truce designed to stop the violence that has claimed the lives of over 9,000 people, according to the UN.
The state report blamed the bombings on "terrorists."
