According to Megen David Adom, at 4:31 IST a report was received at Magen David Adom 's 101st center in the Negev area about a wounded man, apparently from a mortar shell near a community in the Shaar Hanegev Regional Council. Paramedics provided medical treatment to a 19-year-old man who is currently in critical condition at this moment.
