Report: Islamic State's second-in-command killed in raid in Syria

WASHINGTON - Islamic State's second-in-command was killed in a raid in Syria on Thursday, NBC reported, citing a senior U.S. official.

The commander, who goes by several aliases, is believed to have been killed in a US air strike, NBC News reported.
