Report: Israeli citizen killed in Boston hit-and-run

A hit-and-run crash killed a 44-year-old Israeli citizen on Sagamore Bridge in Bourne, Massachusetts on Thursday night, local media quoted state police as saying.
The Israeli was identified by Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe as Amanon Bogomolsky.
Bogomolsky was visiting the US with his 12-year-old son.
Several passengers from the car were injured and taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The Boston Online quoted a spokesman for the Israel Consulate in Boston as saying that the people in the minivan were vacationing in Massachusetts after recently celebrating the bar mitzva of one of the passengers. Three adults and three children were in the van at the time of the crash, the spokesman said.
According to the Boston Online, police are appealing to the public for help in locating a dark pickup truck that apparently triggered the fatal chain reaction crash.
Bogomolsky’s wife is on the way from Israel to Massachusetts, authorities said.
