The Israeli Navy fired at two Palestinian fishermen off the coast of northern Gaza late Monday night, according to Palestinian sources.

According to the sources, the fishermen did not venture out of the permitted fishing zone (a distance of six miles (6.9 km). The reports stated that the men were submitted to Gaza City hospital with moderate injuries.
