Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to announce this week that Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz will be appointed as finance minister to replace Yair Lapid, Globes reported on Monday. Netanyahu fired Lapid and Justice Minister Tzipi Livni from their positions last week.
