BREAKING: Rocket sirens activated in Ashkelon, Gaza border communities

Rocket sirens were sounded in Ashkelon, Gaza border communities and Kerem Shalom late Tuesday night, likely signaling a launch of projectiles from the Gaza Strip toward Israel.

The cause of the siren is under investigation.

Earlier on Tuesday night IAF fighter jets struck Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip in retaliation to incendiary kites and explosive balloons which set on fire and damaged large areas of Israeli territory.
