The IDF announced in a statement on Thursday an incident near the settlement of Kochav Yaakov was a car accident, not a terror attack, as initial reporting indicated.

Earlier, the IDF received a report on Thursday night of a possible ramming attack down the road from where two soldiers were killed earlier in the day.

Two soldiers were killing in a shooting in the West Bank earlier in the day.
