Sunday afternoon saw light clashes between Muslims and Jews near the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem/

Instances of rock throwing were reported with no resulting injuries.

Officers showed up to the scene and quelled tempers before any escalations in violence could occur.

One Muslim youth was detained by police officers on suspicion of rock throwing.
