Nepal resumed its emergency rescue operation on Saturday in the Sangda-La pass, the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAP) said, after an avalanche tore through the high altitude Annapurna mountain in the Himalayas.
Missing hikers are said to be stranded in the area.
On Friday, rescue teams brought down 37 hikers from the Thorang-La pass in Annapurna Region.
