In opposition to talk of an Israeli border based on the pre-1967 line, several dozen activists trudged up the hillside of an undeveloped area of the Ma'aleh Adumim settlement known as E-1.

Under the watchful eye of the Border Police they started building a temporary structure for what they hope will a new outpost at the site.

These teen activists are holding a sign that says, "We are all E-1."
