"[Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu did not offer me another job because he knew that you can not insult a man whilst simultaneously luring him with another offer," former Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin said on Tuesday.

In an interview with Israel Radio, the former speaker said there is no consolation prize for not being elected for the position of Knesset speaker.
