MOSCOW, March 15 - Russia's foreign ministry called on Ukraine on Wednesday to end a transport blockade of rebel-held territory in the east of the country, saying that the situation risked turning into a "humanitarian catastrophe."
The ministry said in a statement on its website that the Kiev government was responsible for a recent flare-up of tensions in eastern Ukraine.
