Russia summons Polish ambassador over vandalism of Soviet graves

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday summoned the Polish ambassador to Moscow to protest over vandalism of graves of Soviet soldiers in the Polish village of Milejczyce.

The ministry said in a statement on its website that it demanded that exhaustive measures were taken to find and bring the vandals to justice.It is the second time in eight days that the Polish ambassador, Katarzyna Pelczynska-Nalecz, has been summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
