VIENNA - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said there was still a chance of announcing a nuclear deal between major powers and Iran on Monday. When asked by reporters before leaving the hotel where the talks are being held in Vienna whether there could still be a deal on Monday, Lavrov said: 'There's always a chance'.
