S&P downgrades Israel's local currency credit rating to A+

Credit Ratings Agency S&P on Monday downgraded Israel's local currency credit rating to A+ with a stable outlook.

Finance Minister Yair Lapid brushed aside the downgrade, saying "the downgrade is not surprising. It came in response to a situation we are fixing now."
