An second attempted car-ramming attack took place Monday morning outside the West Bank settlement of Kiryat Arba minutes after a first attempted attack at a nearby location east of Hebron.

One Israeli was lightly wounded in the incident and one terrorist was shot and killed, according to initial reports.

Authorities were checking the possibility of any relation between the incidents.
