At around 10:30pm Wednesday night police issued a security alert in southern Israel. Road blocks were set up and residents told to be aware of any suspicious persons.
Police rescinded the security alert early Thursday morning; telling residents to continue with their normal routines. According to Army Radio, the security alert came from intelligence of a potential infiltrator or infiltrators from Gaza.
