A Palestinian carrying a knife was arrested on Tuesday outside of an IDF base in the Binyamin region of the West Bank.

The suspect was seen shouting "Allahu akhbar" ("God is great") while brandishing a knife and a Palestinian flag.

Security forces arrived on the scene and took him into custody.
