Security forces discovered machinery used in the production of weapons and pipe bombs during an operation between the Israel Police, Border Police and the IDF in the Palestinian village of Abu Dis on Wednesday night according to the police.

Security forces also found raw materials for producing explosives and large quantities of of ammunition at the scene.
