Some men threw stones at security guards near the old city in Jerusalem, police said on Tuesday.

One of the security guards was injured moderately after a rock hit him in the face. Another fired three warning shots into the air in response.

Police arrived on the scene to disperse the stone-throwers and were sweeping the area.
