Shai Segen was sentenced to nine years in prison Wednesday for killing Elie Ifargen eight months ago during a fight outside of a Tel Aviv night club. In addition, the Tel Aviv District Court ordered Segen to compensate the victim's family at the sum of NIS 100,000.
