Settlement reached in Emmanuel case, awaiting approval

A lawyer representing the jailed Emmanuel fathers, Mordechai Green, said in a High Court hearing on Sunday that the parents have reached a settlement. The girls of the Beit Ya'acov will return to school for three days and learn mutual acceptance before going on vacation.

Afterward, the different parties in the case will seek to to reach a long-term solution over the summer vacation.  The settlement will be reviewed by the State's Attorney Office and the High Court.
