Settlers and Palestinians clashed near the West Bank settlement of Itamar on Saturday, throwing stones at each other.

IDF soldiers broke up the clashes using protest dispersal methods and provided first aid treatment to the injured. One Palestinian and one settler were injured in the clashes and evacuated to receive medical treatment.

Palestinians claimed that the injured Palestinian was shot by IDF soldiers and then stabbed by a settler. The IDF denied the report, emphasizing that soldiers did not employ the use of live fire in breaking up the clashes.
