Seven-month-old toddler dies in emergency room, cause of death unclear

A seven-month-old child passed away in the emergency room of Dana-Dwek Children’s Hospital on Wednesday, with no clear cause of death.

Paramedics responded earlier to a call regarding an unconscious toddler on Hatikva Street in Tel Aviv, Magen David Adom (MDA) reported. First responders administered medical treatment and evacuated the child to a hospital.

A paramedic on the scene said, "When we arrived we saw a little girl of about seven months, unconscious, without a pulse, and not breathing. We began resuscitation and to carry out advanced life support including administering medication, CPR, and later evacuating her to the hospital."
