Severe backup in hospital emergency rooms

Severe emergency room backups were reported Monday at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa and Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Army radio said.
Hundreds of sick patients were reported to still be in the waiting rooms without care and many reportedly have been waiting there all night.
Reasons for the situation were not given.
