Shimon Ruimi has been identified as the second fatality in the shooting rampage on Tel Aviv's Dizengoff Street on Friday afternoon. Ruimi, a native of the southern Israel town of Ofaqim, was in Tel Aviv patronizing a bar with friends when he was gunned down by an unidentified assailant armed with a semiautomatic rifle.
