Two Israeli youths were left in moderate condition Monday morning following a shooting incident in Rahat.

An MDA spokesperson said that medical units arrived at the scene and provided life saving emergency treatment to the youths before evacuating them to nearby Soroka University Medical Hospital in Beer Sheeba.

MDA added that the shooting incident was most likely criminal in nature.
