A soldier who was injured in a terrorist attack at the Ariel Junction on Sunday is out of "immediate mortal danger."

For two days following the attack, the soldier was listed in critical condition. However, on Tuesday morning, Beilinson Hospital confirmed that although he still remains in the intensive care unit, he is out of immediate mortal danger."He is conscious, breathing on his own and talking to staff. His condition still remains serious," the hospital said.

A 47-year-old father of 12, Rabbi Achiad Ettinger from Eli, and a 19-year-old IDF soldier Gal Keidan from Beersheba, were murdered in the terrorist attack.
