BRUSSELS - NATO countries have reached agreement that former Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg will be the Western military alliance's next secretary-general, diplomatic sources said on Friday. 'There's a consensus on his candidacy,' one NATO source said, adding that a formal announcement could be made very soon.
