As part of the Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy's "Global Collection for Israel" (G4CI) conference, Jerusalem Post's Editor in Chief Yaakov Katz interviewed US Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Antisemitism Elan Carr in Jerusalem.

Special Envoy Carr said that the answer to antisemitism in the US is not censorship, it's condemnation.Carr added that being called an antisemitic would lead to condemnation, but to be called an anti-Zionism, would lead to tenure. Thus, Carr claims that many disguise their antisemitism, claiming they're anti-Zionist, when in practice, the hate of Israel is antisemitism.
