Special train lines, free shuttles running today for Remembrance Day

Israel Railways will run four special trains Wednesday for those heading to Remembrance Day ceremonies. The trains will operate from Haifa to Beersheeba and stop at the subsequent stations in between.

At some stations, there will be free shuttles to 26 cemeteries around the country. Shuttles to cemeteries will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in half hour intervals and return shuttles will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Bereaved families are eligible for a 50 percent discount on their tickets with presentation of a Bereaved Family Card.
