State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss is expected to publicize a harsh report on the Kupat Holim Meuhedet on Monday.

The report's findings are expected to reveal that there are fundamental flaws in the management and supervision of the health care agency.

Officials in the state comptroller office said the report will be one of the harshest they have ever released.
