JOHANNESBURG - South African Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan has been issued with a formal summons for fraud, the local Eyewitness News service reported on Tuesday. 'Eyewitness News has learnt that a formal summons has now been issued for Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan,' it said on its website. 'It's understood that the summons is for a charge of fraud.'
