MOSCOW - Survivors were unlikely in a plane crash at the Rostov-on-Don airport in southern Russia, based on preliminary estimates, a representative of the region's emergency ministry said on Saturday. Rostov's regional emergency ministry said there were 55 passengers aboard and six crew, based on preliminary information.
