A suspected terrorist fired at a vehicle near the Hizma checkpoint outside the Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev, moderately wounding one person, MDA reported on Thursday. The suspected terrorist was shot and apprehended. MDA paramedics were on the scene treating the victim.
