Syrian government, opposition to reconvene for peace talks

A second round of peace talks in Geneva were set to begin Monday between the Syrian government and opposition.

The first round of negotiations last month brought Syria's warring sides together for face-to-face negotiations for the first time since the nearly three-year-old conflict began.
