BEIRUT - Syrian state television said 27 militants and 182 civilians left the rebel-held town of Harasta in eastern Ghouta through a corridor to government territory on Thursday.
Syrian insurgents freed 13 soldiers in return for the release of five rebels, the first step of a deal over Harasta, a Hezbollah media unit had said earlier.
