TA mayor: Despite heat, we couldn't have postponed races

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai expressed regret over the death of a runner during the marathon on Friday morning, but said that "despite the heat wave, it would not have been right to cancel the races."
Huldai said that in light of US President Barack Obama's scheduled visit to Israel next week, it would not have been possible to postpone the events that took place on Friday.
