Temple Mount activist Yehuda Glick slated to be next Likud MK after Ya'alon resignation

Temple Mount activist Yehuda Glick is slated to become the next MK for the for Likud party after Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon announced his resignation from the ministry and the Knesset Friday morning.

Glick is a controversial figurein religious and political life in Israel, becoming the face of the Jewish struggle for prayer rights at the Temple Mount.

As a result of his advocacy, Glick was the victim of a near fatal terror attack nearly two years go, having survived being shot four times by an assailant.
