The International Department of the Israeli Attorney's Office filed a petition to the Jerusalem District Court on Sunday, requesting the extradition of Michael Bolatov to Russia, according to Channel 10 news. Bolatov, an Israeli-Russian citizen, is accused of several murder cases, conspiracy to commit a crime and illegal possession of arms. Bolatov has been wanted by the Russian court since 2012. Russia then filed a request to Israel for the extradition of Bolatov in 2014, and he has been under arrest since January 6th, 2019.
