Three employees of the Israeli Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem were injured on Sunday, after they opening a tear gas grenade, thinking it was a dummy, according to Ynet. Following this event, the Foreign Ministry personnel were asked to close the air vents to prevent further spreading of the gas.
