Traveler breaks quarantine, found with broken foot on hiking trail

Two travellers who were hiking in Kziv Stream, a hiking trail in the upper Galilee, were trapped after one of them broke his foot on a trip that was against the Health Ministry's restrictions.
Police, Galilee rescue forces and the police were called to the location to save the pair.
"The police see the irresponsible behavior of the citizens who do not obey traffic restriction guidelines severely," Israeli Police said in a statement, saying that such actions put the rescue forces at risk while wasting resources in the current state of emergency due to the novel COVID-19.
Each of the travelers was fined 500 shekels for the "violating emergency instructions."
