A survey of public sector wages carried out by the Treasury found irregularities in several ministry-funded bodies, according to new data released Monday. In some cases, the irregularities exceeded guidelines by up to twenty percent. According to the survey, senior officials in the health industry topped the wage ranks for last year, with the head of Clalit Healthcare Services' Cardiothoracic Surgery Department, Dr. Gidi Sahar, making over 100,000 per month.
