President Donald Trump spoke with Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido by phone for the first time since the latter announced himself interim president of the country, according to a report in Israel's Channel 7 News. The White House reported that the two agreed to maintain regular contact to restore stability to Venezuela.
