WASHINGTON- US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Sunday that taxes for the wealthy should go up and that he is in favor of an increase in the minimum wage.

However, he also told NBC's "Meet the Press" that he would rather leave it to individual states to decide on the wage issue
