ANKARA) - Turkey's Presidency on Wednesday identified the Brussels attacker who was deported from Turkey last year as Ibrahim El Bakraoui, adding that Belgian authorities later released him as 'no links with terrorism' were found. It was not clear when El Bakraoui was handed over to Belgian authorities.
