ANKARA - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday a cabinet reshuffle was not on the government's agenda, and that Prime Minister Binali Yildirim had not made such a proposal to him. Erdogan made the comments to reporters before departing on a visit to Russia, a day after holding a five-and-a-half hour meeting with Yildirim. Last month, constitutional changes boosting Erdogan's powers were approved in a referendum.
