Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday he remained loyal to Qatar and that demands by Arab states on Doha were unrealistic.

"When it comes to this list of 13 items ... it's not acceptable under any circumstances," he said in an interview with France 24 television.

Erdogan also said Ankara was ready to carry out ground operations in northern Syria against Kurdish forces if it felt threatened.
