Turkish businessmen asked Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu for the right to own two passports so that they can travel both to Iran and Israel according to a report in the Turkish Hurriyet. Some businessmen already have two separate passports, but Turkey does not allow someone to have two passports simultaneously so one must got to the police to exchange for the other passport.

The Turkish FM told a group of businessmen, “I will discuss this with the Interior Ministry. An effort can be made regarding this matter,” as quoted in the paper.

Israel and Iran do not allow people with each others' visas to enter their respective countries.
